What is gita?
4th Sector Innovations and Piaggio Fast Forward are working together to bring gita to Southern California
It is Italian for “short trip" and is pronounced jee-ta.
gita's rechargeable battery has an estimated 4 hours of continuous operation and can be recharged in under 2 hours by plugging the included charger into a standard wall outlet.
The gita robot is designed to operate on hard surfaces like sidewalks and paths. It can't follow you in sand, snow, mud or tall grass.
gita operates at walking speeds, up to 6 miles per hour.
The gita robot doesn’t use GPS so it can follow you indoors and outdoors.
gita’s light weight, rounded shape and soft plastic body make it generally safe when used in accordance with the Safety instructions.
